Consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with the requirements of the Dutch legislation on personal data protection, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), acting freely, voluntarily and in my own interests, as well as confirming my legal capacity and legal capacity, I (hereinafter referred to as the "User") I give my voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous consent to IE Elena Ko (Kwk nummer 66840791) (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") to process my personal data under the following conditions:

  • photos, videos, and audio recordings (if they are submitted by the User for publication on the Artist's website and marketing resources).
  1. Purpose of personal data processing:
  2. processing of the request for services and User identification;
  3. processing and receiving payments, disputing payments.
  4. providing the User with the ability to use Resources.
  5. providing the User with client and technical support in case of problems related to the use of Resources and/or Services, provided by the Data Controller via website;
  6. conducting advertising and newsletter campaigns to the User's e-mail/mobile phone number/id Instagram;
  7. processing User requests sent to the Performer.
  8. publication on the Data Controller's website and other resources information about the User and their feedback about the Data Controller's services, and demonstration of the results of the Data Controller's services.
  9. ensuring the correct functioning of Resources;
  10. providing access to information contained on the Data Controller's Resources.
  11. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; refinement (update, change); extraction; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
  12. In order to achieve the purposes of processing, IE Elena Ko assigns the following categories of third parties to process the personal data provided. I hereby consent to the transfer of my personal data to the following third parties:
  13. mobile operators;
  14. owners of social networks;
  15. owners of instant messengers.
  16. specialized platforms for sending out advertising offers.
  17. The Data Controller processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  18. My consent to the processing of personal data is confirmed by performing one or more of the following unambiguous actions, indicating my freely expressed, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, in accordance with the articles 4(11), 6(1)(a) and 7 GDPR:
(1) I put a check mark in the checkbox next to the text: "I consent to the processing of my personal data";
(2) I clicked on a button or other interface element with the text "Pay";
(3) my payment for the Data Controller's services;
(4) sending a confirmation that I have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of personal data, as well as accept the terms of the Data Controller's public offer.
These actions qualify as consent of the data subject in accordance with the GDPR Regulation and are equivalent to written consent.
  1. The consent is valid from the moment it is provided until it is revoked.
  2. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by sending a request to movewithelena@gmail.com. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The controller stops sending advertising messages within 3 business days of receiving the request.
